Septic Tank Cleaning: 

 Our professional field service technicians are thoroughly trained to ensure the proper cleaning of your septic tank. We pump the entire septic tank and identify if repairs are needed and check to see that the system is functioning properly.  We provide a copy of the work order with our technicians’comments for your review.

Sanitrol performs septic tank inspections for new homeowners and real estate agents. Our technicians prepare a detailed report that covers the major components of your system, identifying potential concerns or verifying the system is functioning properly.

Home inspections not only protect the buyer, but also protect the lender. Most Home Inspection agencies are fairly thorough, but are usually either not equipped or not trained to inspect septic systems.

Sanitrol can also video your sanitary sewer line. This video inspection detects sags, offset joints, cracks, grease build up, partially crushed lines, roots and much more.  Septic System Installation and Repairs:

• Sanitrol performs a full range of septic services, from the installation of septic tank risers, tank covers or missing baffles, to the most complex engineered systems. Our licensed excavators provides a quality installation that conforms to local and state engineering codes in addition to and health department standards.

Pump Station Repairs & Maintenance:

• Pump Stations or Holding Tanks require occasional cleaning and maintenance. Sanitrol offers a combination service of high pressure jet washing and wastewater pumping to remove grease and solids from the floats, pumps, walls and floor of the station where this material often accumulates. The service is provided as a preventative maintenance or in many cases, on an emergency basis. Sanitrol will also provide a standby service, where a vacuum truck will pump all wastewater flowing into the pit, if the pumps are broken down or in disrepair. This may be supplied on an emergency basis or while the pumps are being repaired, replaced, or both.
